Here we have another reminder that the arc of history does not naturally bend toward justice. Tyrants and their sycophants do not willingly exit stage left. The arc of history bends toward justice only because of the efforts of those heroes who are willing to risk their lives and livelihoods for their beliefs.
If you think this won’t happen here...look harder....it already is. His words should remind everyone the price people are willing to pay to stand up. Sadly, we are in a country that is blind. No matter what side of the spectrum you are on...todays politics in a America should scare everyone.
Under Stalin (the 1930s) Russia had a vast system of concentration camps ("The Gulag Archipelago"). Putin isn't anyone's idea of a liberal. However, he has not sunk to Stalin's level.
