If there are 'regulations' about who gets to be paid for political Facebook posts, they will not be neutral--they'll be controlled by whoever's in power, Red or White, conservative or progressive. And this can't be 'fixed'--it's an immutable law of regulations--they are always politically tinged, no matter how innocent they seem. This is why we have a First Amendment.

It wouldn't be regulations over who gets to be paid. It would be regulations over a requirement to disclose a paid endorsement.
