David J. Kramer

David J. Kramer, a contributing editor of American Purpose, is managing director for global policy at the George W. Bush Institute. Previously he was director of European & Eurasian Studies at Florida International University’s Steven J. Green School of International & Public Affairs. He served as Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights & Labor in the George W. Bush Administration.
