David Shullman

David Shullman is a senior advisor at the International Republican Institute (IRI), an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. He has served as deputy national intelligence officer for East Asia on the National Intelligence Council.
