Next month, Persuasion will celebrate two and a half years of publishing. As our team and content have expanded, we’ve grown from the all-volunteer team of the early days to a fully-fledged operation, with dedicated editors, podcast producers, an executive director, and (paid) interns.

Now, we’re looking to hire a junior editor to help our editorial team with all aspects of the operation, from commissioning pieces through to the final copy-editing stages of the pipeline.
