TH, I would push back only (and gently) on the assertion that systemic racism, sexism, gender bias, etc. are in of themselves lies.
They proof of the pudding is in the eating, going back to the days before the table fork. Those isms once existed. In tighter circles, they may continue to exist. However, to the extent that discrimination and inequality have been codified throughout the entire history of Western Civilization as it continues its destructive path towards absolute colonialism down to the smallest town in the smallest county, it is - as you say - a lie. Armed with only a Bachelors Degree, a training certification, and over thirty years in the workforce, I'd say American and European society have been pretty g**d*** inclusive.
Don't rely on commentators to speak up until there's money in it for them to do so. Until then, you and me and others need to take it on ourselves. Make yourself known. Point out the falsehoods and lapses in logic. I remind myself to do these things, along with reminding myself not to engage in any fear-mongering and exaggerated rhetoric of my own.
