Very well done, though I have a serious quibble: You refer to the attempts by the Israeli government to constrain its Court and describe it as "neutering" the Court and destroying judicial review. I don't think that's a plausible reading of the situation. It also takes no account of the effectively absolute power now held by the Court, which has wielded it both for and against the rights of minorities.
